What is the process:

Step 1. 45-minute project kickoff call
We revisit the design you created with us — confirming specifications, materials, and any final adjustments. Together, we align on scope, timeline, and logistics. You tell us what you’d like to hand over — and we define the deliverables accordingly.

Step 2. Scheduling & coordination
We take care of all communication with tradespeople, suppliers, and delivery services — from requesting quotes and confirming timelines to organising access and keeping things on track.

Step 3. Procurement
We place all agreed orders, manage shipping and deliveries, and handle any follow-up — so you’re not chasing packages or stuck on customer service calls.

Step 4. On-site support
When location allows, we’re on-site during key stages such as measuring, deliveries, or installations. We liaise directly with contractors or suppliers to oversee construction work or furniture assembly — ensuring everything is executed as planned.

Step 5. Final checks & setup
We guide the finishing touches: furniture placement, styling, and any final installations — making sure your space feels exactly right.

Step 6. Handover
You receive a simple handover document that outlines what’s been completed, what’s still in progress (if anything), and how to maintain or follow up as needed.
