This package is perfect if you’re planning a custom build, major furnishing change, or structural update and want clarity before you commit.

We’ll provide both 2D technical drawings and realistic 3D visuals of your space — so you can see how it will look, feel confident about your decisions, and avoid costly mistakes or miscommunications with suppliers and builders.

  • Measurements and specifications — exact dimensions and notes for installation, so there’s no room for miscommunication during execution.
  • Optional: multiple layout or structure options — if you’re deciding between ideas, we can deliver 2–3 visual versions to help you choose with clarity and confidence.

What is the process

  1. Free 20-minute discovery call

    We begin with a short video call to understand your project and confirm this is the right package for your needs.

  2. Project confirmation

    Once we agree to proceed, we’ll send over a simple service agreement and outline next steps.

  3. You send us your materials

    We’ll guide you through submitting room measurements and photos, a short video walk-through of your vision and idea, and any existing sketches, material choices, or inspiration images.

  4. First design consultation (30 min video call)

    We discuss your vision and ideas and make sure we have as much understanding of the concept as possible.

  5. Delivery of drawings

  6. Second design consultation (30 min video call)

    We make sure we have all the details right.

  7. Final design package

    You receive finalised 2D floorplan and elevation drawings, realistic 3D render(s) of your home, room or structure, full measurement and installation notes, and — optionally — alternative layout versions, if relevant.
